DO YOU PRE-SALE OR LET PEOPLE IN BEFORE THE SALE DAY?
No we do not. We strive to bring the best experience to our customers. Everything that a client allows us to sell will be available for purchase to the public the first day of the sale.
IF AN ITEM IS ADVERTISED IS IT FOR SURE GOING TO BE IN THE SALE?
99.9% of the time the answer is yes. Sometimes the owners will decide last minute to pull items and not sell them. We will update descriptions and photos accordingly.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AND/OR CHECK AT YOUR SALES?
Yes, we accept credit cards for a small fee and checks with phone number and driver's license recorded. We also accept Venmo.
IS DELIVERY OFFERED ON LARGE ITEMS?
We can deliver items for a fee.
DO YOU DISCOUNT YOUR ITEMS AS THE SALE GOES ON?
Usually yes. In rare occasions the owners of the items do not want to offer a discount. Usually the items are full price on the first day and then we offer discounts as we deem necessary. They will be listed on our website, Facebook, and Instagram. Keep in mind, we price our items very reasonable to start, so sometimes there are not huge amounts of items left on the last day.

WHERE DO WE START?
The first thing to do is call or email us and don't stress. We will set up an appointment and go from there.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING FOR YOU TO COME AND LOOK AT MY ITEMS?
NO! The initial consultation is always free.
WHAT WILL IT COST ME TO HAVE OXFORD ESTATE SALES CONDUCT MY SALE?
We charge a percentage of total sales and that will be discussed at the initial consultation.
DO I START DISCARDING ITEMS THAT I THINK AREN'T WORTH ANYTHING BEFORE YOU GET THERE?
Please do not throw anything out! Sometimes there are items that look like trash but are actually treasure!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP AN ESTATE SALE?
It really depends on each house, but can take anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks. The typical time period is 1 week.
HOW MANY DAYS DO YOU RUN THE SALE?
Typically 2-3 days and they are usually between Thursday-Sunday. We like to avoid holidays and home football game weekends.
WHO DECIDES WHAT DISCOUNTS WILL BE OFFERED?
The typical discount situation is full price on the first day, 25% off on the second day, and 50% off the final day. All discounts will be discussed with the owner being offering to the public.
